Our Chestnut Ridge office is located in the Medical Office of the Fellowship Community.
Directions:
When you arrive at 241 Hungry Hollow Rd, please enter the Fellowship Community and drive up the hill toward Lady Slipper Lodge/Medical Office. When you reach the chicken coop, the parking lot will be on your left. The entrance to the medical office is on the side of Lady Slipper Lodge.
